What happens if we find an issue with one of the product?If there is any issue with your product , please contact us within five days of the delivery.

Do you have an exchange policy in case of change of mind?Yes, at PETSTORE, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or suit your pet's needs. We offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 5 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for exchange. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from PETSTORE and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for you and your pet. A fee of Rs200 is charged for home delivery or pick up in store is free.

We currently accept Cash on delivery,Payment by JUICE and BANK TRANSFER (done BEFORE delivery).Additionally, we also accept PayPal as a secure and flexible form of payment. Where do we deliver?We offer home delivery all across Mauritius and Rodrigues.

What are the day of delivery?We deliver 5 days per week except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

What is the delivery fee?The delivery fee is Rs200 for standard, which usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery. Additionally, orders over Rs1500 qualify for free standard shipping. We are committed to ensuring that your pet's necessities are delivered to your doorstep in a timely and cost-effective manner.

What are the delivery rate?FREE DELIVERY : for all orders over Rs.1500 (1 to 5 business days) NORMAL DELIVERY if less than Rs.1500 : Rs.200 (1 to 5 business days) RODRIGUES : shipping is calculated after order, we will contact you.
